Just got back from the Alamo Dome. The U.S. Army had a festival with a country singer. Today was probably the coldest I’ve ever played football in. It was 40 degrees with 25 mph winds. The wind chill was 30 degrees. It was brutal. The bad thing about this, is we were outside for practice for at least 5 hours. We got a lot done. The East/West rivalry is starting to rise up. We definitely think each others team is the best and the other team is going to crumble. We’ll see what happens. I have met a lot of new people and we all LOVE football. Tomorrow is our last practice in full pads. We then have to make an appearance at the U.S. Army All-American combine. Camron Leupold will be attending this, so best of luck to him!!! I know he will do good. Hopefully tomorrow won’t be so cold for practice.
