The 10th year of providing full-contact youth football camps for the young athletes in the state of Kansas was a huge success. The 80 kids in attendance at the longest running full-contact camp in the state, the Pratt Mega Football Camp, as well as the athletes at our Olathe Mega Camp, took part in a pizza party, a movie night, a swim party and don’t forget – four days of full-contact football action! The sights and sounds of our football camps have been well documented on our Facebook page, from videos of our top of the line instruction from our college coaches, to pictures of our special guest, Jake Sharp, who got right in the middle of the action to provide great tips and insight to our young players.
We will continue to post pictures on this site, as well as our Facebook page so be sure to keep checking back. We will also be launching some new JJD Sports apparel, including a great t-shirt for anyone who attended a Mega Camp this summer so you don’t want to miss that. The feedback about the the camps this year has been unbelievable, and we’d love to share it with you here so there is more to come on this website. We will also be launching a new segment on the website entitled “Where are they now” as we profile former JJD Mega Campers to let you know what some of our past campers have done after attending our camps. We have a great group already lined up that includes one of the most highly recruited college athletes in the Midwest who already has offers from schools in the Big 12, Big 10, Pac 12 and SEC!
